IF you have a VA Concealed Handgun Permit, there are no limits on the amount of handguns you may purchase. You can purchase as many long guns as you wish with a satisfactory background check approved by Virginia State Police. Background Checks are conducted on site at the time of pick up. Please do not bid if you cannot legally own a firearm. Cost to transfer firearms is $15.00. The $15 fee will be added to your invoice. If you transfer 4 or more guns in the same day the fee will be an additional $5 equating to a $20 fee. The $20 fee is only applicable to purchasers who are registering 4 or more guns at a time. Fees are applicable to VA state sales tax. Current Photo ID with current physical address is required for all firearm purchases. (PO Box does NOT meet requirement). You must have a state issued id with CURRENT physical address. We cannot accept expired Drivers Licenses or Expired Concealed Carry Licenses. If your ID has been recently renewed: 30 days must have elapsed since the date of issue of an original or duplicate driver’s license unless a copy of the Virginia DMV Driver’s record shows the original date of issue was more than 30 days.
