February Factory Direct Auction Our upcoming Online Equipment Auction features brand-new mini excavators, skid steers, and high-demand attachments — all selling to the highest bidder. This is your chance to secure powerful, job-ready equipment without retail markups. - Bidding Opens: Friday, February 20th at 7pm - Preview/Open House: Monday, March 9th from 10am-5pm - Auction Closes: Monday, March 9th beginning at 7pm - Pickup/Removal: Tuesday, March 10th & Wednesday, March 11th by Appointment Only.  Pickup is scheduled over two days. If you’re unable to make the scheduled pickup, a $25 convenience fee will apply for arranging an alternate pickup.  If you show up without an appointment to pickup, you will be reminded to schedule a pickup slot.  Pickup will be by appointment only. There will be a link in the invoice emailed to you to the sign up schedule AFTER the auction ends. Follow the link on your invoice to sign up for a date and time slot.  Please Note - All items are sold as-is and where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. There is a 15% buyer premium that applies to all purchases, as does VA sales tax. Receive a 3% discount off the premium by paying with cash or good check. No out of state personal checks will be accepted. Bring your ST-18 or ST-10 Forms for tax exempt.  Frequently asked questions: Do you have any equipment to help load?  Yes, We have a telehandler. There will be staff on duty to assist with loading. Where/ How do I pay? You can pay with Cash, Card, Check, Wire, or Cashiers Check. Please come to the lower garage where we will accept your payment and print your receipt. You will need a paid receipt before loading.  What if I am Tax Exempt? Please bring the applicable tax forms filled out to pickup. We will keep a copy of your tax form on file (must be updated yearly). *We cannot accept out-of state tax exempt certificates. Virginia does not honor out of state tax exemptions.
